1️⃣ PAYMENT POLICY



Payment Policy

All orders require full payment at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. No deposits are accepted at this time.





2️⃣ PROCESSING TIMES



Processing Time

• Custom Wigs: 10–14 business days

• Premade Wigs: 3–5 business days

• Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Wigs: 1–2 business days


Processing times begin once full payment is received. Weekends and holidays are not included. Add-on services may extend processing time.





3️⃣ ORDER LIMITS



Order Limits

To maintain quality and timely fulfillment, custom wig orders are limited weekly. Once capacity is reached, custom orders will temporarily close.





4️⃣ SHIPPING POLICY



Shipping Policy

Orders ship after processing time is complete. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.





5️⃣ REFUNDS & EXCHANGES



Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or premade wigs. Exchanges will only be considered for defective items and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.





6️⃣ CUSTOMIZATION DISCLAIMER



Customization Disclaimer

Customized wigs are created based on the client’s selections. Slight variations in color, density, or style may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.





7️⃣ CARE RESPONSIBILITY



Care Responsibility

Proper care is required to maintain the quality and longevity of your wig. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, chemical processing, or heat misuse.
